Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out until 12:00 PM (noon). If you need a special time, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Yes, pets are welcome. Please mention it when you send your booking inquiry so we can take it into account. Remember they remain the owner's responsibility during the stay.
The villa has capacity for up to 24 people, spread across 5 bedrooms with 12 double beds and additional resting areas.
Yes, a deposit is requested when confirming the booking, which is fully refunded after the stay provided the villa is left in good condition. We'll share the details when you contact us.
The rental includes full use of the villa: all bedrooms, the pool, barbecues, equipped kitchens, common areas and garden. Bed linen and towels are included.
Cancellation terms vary depending on how far in advance you cancel. Ask us directly when booking and we'll explain all the details with no obligation.
